Hello, people of Curon!

I am the one, the only VIVACA ADHARA RUTLEDGE!

Now, I predict that most of you will probably vote for my father Matthias Rutledge, but... before you vote. THINK!

Do you want to yet again vote in a Farfolk, backwards-looking man as Senator?

Or... perhaps, would you like to vote for a young, forward-thinking liberal, Farfolk woman as Senator?

A GOOD, FAIR AND EQUAL SOCIETY, ALL THAT I STAND FOR AND PROMOTE.

A good, fair, just and equal society is one that works for everyone, regardless of class, gender, race, skin, etc.

A good, fair, just and equal society is one that supports and works toward free education, better infrastructure and individual freedom.

A good, fair, just and equal society is one that supports and promotes the inclusion of different people, lower taxes and free speech.

A good, fair, just and equal society is one that believes in and promotes democracy and constitutional monarchism.

 

A TERRIBLE, UNFAIR SOCIETY, ALL THAT I STAND AGAINST AND DESPISE.

An unfair, terrible society is one that tolerates the power of unaccountable oligarchs and bureaucrats who have no respect for democracy and freedom of speech!

An unfair, terrible society is one that promotes dictatorial, unfair absolute monarchism!

An unfair, terrible society is one that believes that people should be segregated, be it over gender, the colour of skin or race.

Incumbent Senator Matthias Othan Rutledge, quietly taps his knee as he waits for his youngest daughter to arrive home . . . however, he thinks to himself:

 

Any Southernos daughter of mine would know that Southernos do not like to be generalized as Farfolk. She is a Southernos, a mirror-twin of me, she must be proud of it and not cower behind the generalization of Farfolk, otherwise, people will think we worship Allah.
