frill 2277 Share Posted November 17, 2019 STATEMENT BY HIS EXCELLENCY THE IMPERIAL SOLICITOR GENERAL, VEIKKO HARJALAINEN. ON THE SUBJECT OF; THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE ‘VOIDAL TEAR INQUIRY’ The Emperor has invited me to conduct an investigation into the occurrence of so-called voidal tears within both the empire and the world known. My terms of reference are these: "conduct an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the cause of the voidal tears." The Emperor has further stated that he will provide me with the fullest cooperation and thus expects all other Imperial authorities and parties to do the same. I make it clear that it will be by right of my station as Imperial Solicitor General for me to decide as I think right within my terms of reference the matters which will be the subject of my investigation.
