Whitelist issue

Hello, earlier this year I was white listed on the server and have been an active member, today I was attempting to log on and was met with a screen stating I was no longer white listed. I was hoping for some assistance with this or an explanation if I have been removed for some reason.

I had this problem like an hour ago, apparenttly it’s happened to many peopple. A community team member should be able to re whitlist you
