Protecting the Muscovy

           As of 1745 in accordance with the Highland Act, the Highland realm of Morsgrad does officially extend its protection over the village Muscovy. To that end, so long as they do not aggress against the Highland realm, or harbour Wytchery of any fashion we do permanently guarantee their independence. Furthermore any invasion of the Muscovic territories, henceforth held as the rolling Muscovic March limited to the North by the Ostwood, to the south by the Orcish badlands, to the west by the Irrinite Forests and to the East by the Eastern Sea. Their culture, language, sovereignty, nor ethnic health shall be infringed by foreign parties. 

 

          Furthermore we do comission the Office of the Chamberlain to begin the construction of the Eastern Roadway, connecting the settlements of the eastern coast that they may conduct exchange. Until this is completed annual shipments of livestock, grains, linens and ore shall be sent to the Muscovy to ensure their survival through the harsh winter as they construct their settlement.
