From the office of HIS EXCELLENCY, Alren DeNurem, the Lord Mayor of Helena. In conjunction with the Imperial State Army 1st Brigade, Helena Regulars.

 

The following is a yearly compilation of the after action justice reports regarding crime and punishment in the City of Helena. Each detainee has had their likeness replicated by Imperial Arcanographs and the details regarding their crimes made public to all citizens of the Empire. Look upon their shame, Citizens!
