Askuzai 505 Share Posted January 30, 2020 The Induction of Alisa Camian 20th of Snows Maiden, 1753 It was a cold winter’s night when a Keeper and a pair of Initiates, one a Keeper to be, went up the elevator to the temple garden. There was naught but silence and the wispiness of the wind above their heads as they headed towards the temple and ascended up its steps. There in a room of fire did they cross and go up the Altar before the blazing Hearth Flame. That of a brilliant bonfire it was, A beacon to be seen by all of Morsgrad and to it’s lands. At the peak of the Altar did they all stop, The initiates waited on the word of Keeper Chadmyr, but there was no word at first. Only did the man pass to pull a hefty log from a pile of wood and sticks. Promptly and without warning was it thrown into the fire to make it ever brighter. There they all stood. There they waited. Then suddenly Keeper Chadmyr spoke. “Allfather I beseech you to bring this servant into your Grace. You, Alisa, Have done well to spread the Allfather’s message, his tenets. You may Light your Flamebrand.” He tilted his Flamebrand towards a gap between stone that lead right to inferno. With eagerness, and held back excitement, did Alisa step forwards to plunge the head of her creation into the flame. And out came a brightly burning Flamebrand. “May she serve you well.”
