This news really sucks. It's very unfortunate that she has passed. I had only talked with Pebbles once or twice in the Norland vc and she was pretty chill. I guessed the right answer to their riddle which was "Winter". So that was fun, I forgot the actual riddle though. I never did get to see her artwork and drawings. I hope that she rests in peace.

An ancient shipwright by the name of Henry wonders if he'll have work to return to.

Sweyn of Nowhere bearer of the Sword of the Maheral from ancient lands watches this conflict closely. So closely that he was in the Haelunorian throne room at the time of the war declarations! The time may well draw near that the blade finds its way back into the hands of its rightful ruler or perhaps he will lose it in a bet.

Chadmyr Edvardsson Ruric in his afterlife had been partying all night in the Allfathers hall. He had a gotten a great need for a wee. So he walked drunkenly outside the hall and went to piss down the well into the low realms below. He had seen with great sight blessed to him by the Allfather the letter that had been sent, and thus, he aimed his stream for whatever roof Astrid slept under that night, as well as her father's, and King Vane's too for good measure. "That'll teach em. Fuckin Eirikssons." he had buttoned up his pants after having pissed all over the Freysson Norlandic kingdom for that nights rain. We bully our kings here. This action, of course, led into a subsequent brawl between the spirits of The Edvardssons, The Freyssons, and The Eirikssons broken only by the Allfather himself.

Dramyr never did much participate in the grand sport of table jumping, However, the well renowned kicks he committed against others were not gained simply by the passing of the wind, but of Dramyr passing the wind while he ran around the Ashwood tree. This was long standing tradition that had existed since the first sprout of the Ashwood and he wasnt about to let it die.

"Amen" said Henry, as he was too fervent in his prayer to actually listen to the speech today.

A Denouncment of the Bloodthirst Kingdom - Norland
Askuzai replied to Pakkleaf's topic in Human Realms & Culture
Dramyr had seen the woman comment as he walked by the grouping, and on seeing her cold eyes, decided not to interact in person. A headache was not in his best interest at the moment, but on reading another poster down the road a headache is what he got. Later in the day, Dramyr laid down a copy of the Norlandic Code of Law outside of Aylins door with a note attached to it. There was a knock, and with that, he had left to finish some other errands. The note read as follows: "The amount of banned items that make their way into Norland are so few there scarcely needs to be a large list and instead the law acts as a sweeping notion. Nothing is automatically accepted. In this law document, The one everyone has abided by for decades, it clearly states that anything arcane is illegal without explicit permission from Keepers for use. The only permissible variants of arcane arts are Chi, Paladanism, Druidism, Shamanism, and the reamended Housemagery. The High Keeper, Myself, must be made aware when it comes to the matter of objects and artifacts, whether it comes into the realm or if one wishes to hold ownership over such an object. If a list of those owning these objects were made public it could pose a threat to the owners of such items by those greedy, thus I have not made it public, but on this new situation perhaps I have to rethink my decision. Perhaps I will now distribute papers for individual use. As for banishment, I have yet to banish anyone and am myself was not made aware of Inuis banishment, as I leave for pilgrimage too often to catch wind of it. In her case I have little knowledge of her, spare being present during the parley and in her new brazen attempt to undermine Norland I personally despise her omission that the vote to go to war by the Chieftains of all of Norland and its vassals was Seven to One, only opposed by the Nria clan, and if I were a chieftain itd have been Six to Two, my word as but a mere Keeper at the time held too little sway to change minds in the last defining moments. The De Astreas were one such clan who voted in favor of the war. In any case, it was not some monarchal Tyranny that made the final decision to go to war, but the collective of Norland's vassals, the Capital, and their leaders. And, with these posters Inui has admitted to breaking laws several times and I can clearly see why such a banishment would have been put in place. A diplomat who doesn't read the law is a very strange thing and surely she must be aware by now that diplomatic immunity is not such a thing in Norland without prior invitation. I will see that a proper banishment list is made, lest it already be hidden in some corner, then it will be thrust back into the light. This fuss has already grown too large. If there is some other conflict do send me a letter. Allfather guide you." - High Keeper Dramyr Edvardsson -
