Preamble

The first act of any leader should be one to show their character, who they intend to be upon their ascension to a higher role. This has been something I have often pondered upon during my time as my father’s heir, though I finalized my decision many years ago when I learned the full extent of the cruelty done to an innocent child. Frederick Augustus Horen-Preussens, grandson of Godfrey of Vandoria, shunned his sister’s heir and banished her from her rightful lands, taking control of the Principality of Pruvia in 1608 and reigning under the leadership of Emperor Peter II. Years later, he betrayed his family and kin once more by becoming an undead abomination, feeding upon the lives of innocents. No demonic creature should be allowed to have his name praised in the annals of our history, in the great Tapestry of Man. I have consulted such with my advisers and my lord father, who confirmed his blessing of this act via letter. I, Anna Maria, with sound mind and judgement, do make my will known:

- The woman who had been known to the world, at her birth, as Victoria Maria Horen-Preussens, and all descendants who bore her own name, are hereby reinstated into the House of Pruvia and are given the will to return to the fold of our house should it be their wish.

- The man responsible for this child’s banishment, Frederick Augustus Horen-Preussens, is hereby shamed and declared a traitor of the family and all related to it. His legacy, born from treachery, and the act of dismissing a mere child to serve his own ends, is hereby discharged of any praise among the halls of any Pruvian residence or place. He will forever be known as: Frederick ‘The Betrayer’.

- His act, known as ‘DECLARATIONEM DE ABDICANDO’, is overturned by the right of my power as matriarch of the House of Pruvia, successor to the House of Horen-Preussens.
