Issues with Server Connection

Howdy. I took a rather long break to finish up school and the likes. I decided to return to the server, with a couple issues though. The first is the following error message upon joining the server.

 

 

I’m not sure as to what this could be; Never seen it before. My MC is using the correct version compatible with the server, and everything is updated accordingly. If someone could tell me what this means and where to go from here, that’d be swell. 

 

My second issue is that I know from when I tried to join a couple months back, that my 2FA from my time as a GM has me locked in the hub world, which I cannot escape due to my not remembering what service I used for my 2FA codes. If an Admin or Dev could reset my account, that’d be great. IGN is Cordial__.

Update: The error code resolved itself. But, I still need my 2FA reset. IGN is Cordial__.
