how long does it take to get whitelisted

i was just wondering how long it would take to get whitelisted so i know when i can play

It depends on your application. If you Take your time & get everyone right 1^st go then 24hrs. If not you are looking at a 2-3 day process. 
 

I looked at your app (I am not an app team member so this is just advice). You need to go and research your definitions (do not copypaste but actually learn what metagaming & powergaming are). Your character bio needs to be fleshed out with actual lore (look at the wiki, look at the forums, choose some specific things, list some specific places). Your bio is your time to show the person reviewing the app that you are a competent writer that will put effort into roleplaying with the rest of the community. Right now your app is probably going to be denied so I would edit it before that decision is made.
