CH 205 - On Injury against the Faith

 

205.01 - On Blasphemy

205.011 - Where an individual intentionally speaks sacrilegiously or in contrary to the teachings or dogma of God or the heavens, this shall be the crime of blasphemy in the second degree. (Class V)

205.04 - On Atheism

205.041 - Where an individual intentionally rejects the existence of God or the heavens, this shall be the crime of atheism in the second degree. (Class V)

205.06 - On Evangelization of Heresy

205.061 - Where an individual intentionally spreads the false belief of unorthodox and untrue dogma or teachings to other individuals, this shall be the crime of evangelization of heresy or false doctrines in the second degree. (Class V)

 

 

 

Defendant has publicized letters that befall under the category of atheism, blasphemy and the evangelization of heresy.  Such as:

• “Someone who acts according to their ‘conscience’ can act contrary to the order of the Church, from the Red Faith followers of the Nordisch, the Lendians of the Haeseni, the Owynists of the Kaedreni, and so on and so forth... To stop them from this choice is inherently breaching the Free Will given to us, as claimed by Canonists, from God and Divine Providence, and therefore breaking the very scripture which they claim to hold close to their hearts.”

 

• “Morality has become subjective and arbitrary, inconsistent and prone to the biases and willful interpretations.”

 

• “To enforce a state religion based solely upon ‘moral order’ brings to ruin the very fabric of our courts and legal system, which interprets based not on whimsical morality but on time-proven legalities.” 

 

• “In order to defend the rights of consciousness from the rabid zealots, the Crown must bear the responsibility of maintaining the freedom of the people to their own Free Will and conscience, away from the tyrannical attempts to enslave the minds of men.”

 

• “By allowing this corrupt body to maintain monopoly over the rulings of what is ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ (i.e. the judgement of what is ‘heresy’), the absolute power of the Crown is brought to horrendous heel, making the very Imperial Monarch a slave to another state.”

 

• “The greatest myth of our age is that ‘Canonism unites Humanity’. But this is entirely false, a social construct built by the ambitious clerics to maintain their jaws on the heart of man.”

 

• “Even further, the use of Canonism as a state religion has hampered our ability to fully unite humanity in any true form, for bygone are the days where Canonism reigned outright. Countless humans, from north to south, have sought spiritual comfort in diverse religions and codes of conduct, and no longer can we claim that humanity’s religion is truthfully Canonism.”

 

 

 

It is upon this basis that Mr. Callahan is in violation of the code, and in clear breach of his duties which are listed therein as the following:

CH 707 - On Duties of the Bourgeoisie

    707.01 - The duty to maintain utmost loyalty to the Imperial State and sovereign, to never draw arms against the Imperial State and sovereign, and to uphold the law of the Imperial State.

    707.02 - The duty to maintain their faith of Canonism, to never deviate from their faith, and to uphold clerical teaching and law. 

 

 

His actions thereby stand as unruly and provocative. Thus, demanding of a response by this government in light of his careless efforts to uproot the public good. It is the necessity of the people by law to maintain staunchly their faith and never deviate from it, lest their privileges be revoked.
