I.  Introduction

and the rules, rights, and duties that come with such a title.

It also explains the titleage and honors of the nobility and government,

aswell as explain the titles used by the ruling house of Napoliza.

II. Rights & priveleges of Nobility

All noble families in the principality of Vitenna have the right to create an coat of arms to signify their presence in certain lands and documents.

Furthermore they hold the right to carry their justified titles according to the letters patent granted by the sovereign of Vitenna.

As a reward for their hard work and dilligence they may speak to the grand lady of Vileux  to  claim chambers for their family in the palace of Vileux.

III. Inheritance

The inheritance of titles and peerages in the free principality of Vitenna is an absolute primogeniture, entailing that the firstborn child of the family shall inherit the titulars and peerages of the family. An exception can be made by the Patriarch or Matriarch of the noble house, or by the crown of Vitenna if they do not believe the first born son or daughter has the capabilities to maintain there status, titles and peerages. The exception shall force all children of the noble house the choice to either join the La Coeranza di Vitenna beneath the soldato rank or the palace of Vileux as ward or lady in waiting for four years. This is done so  the children can be tested by the grand lady of Vileux, or Colonel of the army on their capabilities, and the best child is brought forward as heir.

If someone has not been seen for four years, their titles, peerages and belongings are immediately passed on to the heir of the family as they are presumed dead.

If the carrier of titles does not bring forward any children, the titles and lands shall be passed on to their eldest sibling. If the peer does not have any surviving relatives, or if not is deemed eligible to succeed by the Sovereign themself, the titulage, peerages and belongings will revert to the crown.

IV. Titleage and Honors

-All children of a family may carry the title of lord/lady, with an exception for the children of baronies and viscounties.
