      In the dark abyss of the night befallen over the Renelian society is a series of horse riders. Two leaders sit at the head of a dark government hall: Alimar Velulaei’onn, Archon of Renelia Taurus Indoren, Diplomat of Renelia.

 

On the other half sits: Ka’lani Elibar’acal Valarieth, Haelun of Vaelya, Elathion Daegr’sae Protector of Vaelya, Anthea Silma Councilor of Health, Bastion Mal'chiel Councilor of Military, and Kalalian Vortal Councilor of Stewardry. The congregation induces a discussions of a nonaggression pact between their two entities. An idle scribe inhabits near, documenting their formalities of the agreement and set such into an honorable law. • The Union of Vaelya and the Renelian Hegemony shall agree to adhere to a strict non-aggression pact, under all circumstances. This treaty will stay in effect for a duration of 10 years.
• Both parties agree to respect each other's territories. The Renelian Hegemony encompassing the Keep of Temesch, the Plains of Camlannen and the Plateau of Lanthres. Whereas the Union of Vaelya cumscribes the University of Vael and the Vaelian Vineyards of Vina del Mar.
• The Union of Vaelya shall recognize the Renelian Hegemony as the sole protectors of the Ashen Folk and the bastion of Mali’ker unity. Furthermore do they agree not to engage in diplomacy with Arcasian nations laying claims to the Mali’ker hegemony.
• The parties commit to a mutual agreement of extradition for any individuals from their respective territories deemed to have commited a legal transgression in the other signatory state. 
• Vaelians will not be obliged to join in any political affairs regarding battle as an entity. Singular persons who wish to join Renelian coalitions may do so on their own accord without ties to the Union.
