Meeting King Edmund

I wasn't sure where the right place to post this was but since it concerns actual in-game events/characters I figured this was the best place to ask it.

I've been trying to speak privately with King Edmund Sheffield of Oren for several weeks now. I've run into him once in public and every other time during functions like his wedding.

I've made clear my intent to speak with him about some important matters but I need to do it with my in-game companion, who has unfortunately not been on at the time of these chance meetings. What I'm asking is: Does King Edmund have a schedule of some sort? Regular hours when he can be found and spoken to on the server? I would really appreciate any help with this. Every time I ask a guard or nobleman in the castle about it they say he's "taking his royal nap" or something.

Just stomp into his Throne room whenever...at least thats what I do.
