‘The Merry Kaedrini Townsfolk’  by the Prince-Archbishop of Albarosa, 1768

To the denizens of fair Owynsburg and our most noble allies,

The demesne pertaining to the Kaedrini is one wrought from an exceptional history, fortified and enlivened since the times of Saint Thomas of Gaekrin; martial preeminence and an enduring, nationalistic hubris are noted as Kaedrini attributes forever lain on the tapestry of man.

Thus, it is the Provincial Ministry’s great pleasure, on the Behalves of HIM Peter III & II, as well as the Governor-General Henry Helvets, to announce a grand jubilation that is to take place on Kaedrin’s most fertile soils.

Firstly,  upon the imposing stairway leading to the city’s portcullis, a sermon shall be promulgated to the populace by the Cardinal Erasmus on the matter of the Commonwealth’s patron saint and his revered values.

Secondly, the ISA garrison stationed in Kaedrin will engage in a stately procession, overseen by their Captain. From the streets of the city to the broad plaza before the aforementioned portcullis, the valiant men and women involved will present themselves to their fellow townsfolk in rigid formation, emulating the White Rose order of yore.

Thirdly, in lively fashion, Kaedrini gentlemen are implored to don carmine accents on their attire and ladies, rosen crowns on their heads, as formalities lessen and dancing is encouraged. All are invited to partake -- from the most dignified bureaucrat to the youngest farmhand.

“My my, such excellence from the first day on the job”. Laurence would grin, taking a drag from his Rochefort as he looks at the city of Owynsburg from afar.

“Very nice indeed, it seems as if your brood have inherited their father’s gloriously competent persona.”

Peter would smile fondly at the writing. ”I so love my favorite, and only, niece! Doing terrific already as Minister of Culture!”
