Application bug surrounding Define "Power-gaming in your own words"

While editing my Pending appeal, I came across a server error.

After testing the form saving, I came to the conclusion that there is probably a limit to the maximum size of the “Define Power-gaming in your own words” field.

When I filled in my initial text, it would result in the error.

But when I shortened the text it would save normally

 Looking at other fields, like player description, I can see that there is a limit in how many character you can type in the field.

I would advice checking the limit for the “Define Power-gaming in your own words” (most likely found in the database field it saves to),

and add the same kind of limit on the field as you did with the field mentioned above.

If the meta-gaming one has that then they probably assume people will assume they’re the same length.

The Community Team/Application Team who review server apps are aware of this. The current fix for it is as you say shortening the definition, I’m unsure if anything else will be done.
