A step closer to ‘ker Unity

Tide Falkmoor, an ambitious ‘ker was seated before the stoic Patriarch. An unexpected meeting, but a welcome one. Both men with a similar vision, but with different beliefs and backgrounds. The talk they had was formal, and one of many questions. The Sirame Khel, as his group was called was one Artius was not yet familiar with. The explanation was brief, but what he heard pleased the young Patriarch. They too wished only for the Mali’ker to thrive again, and anyone with this same goal in mind was someone who deserved the respect of the Morvayn.

 

A place to stay and to be with their kin, that is all they had asked for. After the meeting Artius retreated himself to a lone corner within the library, and he began to draft up a document.

 

1. The Sirame Khel are allowed to join up with the Bands of Ker’Okarn, with the following terms agreed upon:
    
2. The members of Sirame Khel will be allowed to reside within the Ziggurat of Mor, just as any other member of the Bands.
    
3. The Sirame Khel will be allowed to construct an outpost outside of the Ziggurat. The outpost will not only serve as a base for the Sirame Khel, but will also be usable for military and defensive purposes if needed. In addition, a farm will be constructed around the outpost, which will be public for all to use.
    
4. The members of the Sirame Khel that wish to maintain their anonymity within the Ziggurat will be allowed to do so. Should these members break any laws within the Ziggurat and its territories, the authorities of Ker’Okarn will be allowed to obtain the identity of these members.
    
5. Should the Sirame Khel conduct any foreign operations, they will be carried out not in the name of Ker’Okarn, but only in the name of The Sirame Khel. Any foreign conflict started by them as a result of these operations is their responsibility, and Ker’Okarn and its council are not held accountable for such.
