LADY THEODORA HELVETS PRESENTS: A SCHOLARLY DEBATE

Lady Theodora Helvets invites any, and all Scholars (who are not Enemies of Haense or the Holy Orenian Empire) may come. The debate topic shall be the topic of Religion and Clothing. We will focus on two parts, Women’s clothing, and Men’s clothing, respectfully. In addition to this, there shall be a meal, ranging from the finest foods from all over Arcas.

MEAL

I  Appetizer: Sarma

 – > Sarma is a Sour cabbage roll stuffed with Veal and Pork; this food is native to the Eastern Villages of Haense.

II  Appetizer: Peking Roasted Duck and Yangchow fried Rice

-- > Peking Roasted Duck is known in the Far East for its sweet, and surprisingly rich flavor. 

– > Yangchow Fried Rice is also known in the Far East for its ingredients, including peeled shrimp, mushrooms, and carrots.

III  The Main Meal: Coq au Vin with Red wine (Distilled with water)

– > Coq au Vin is not native to Arcas; but rather native to Aeldinic country of Banardia; there it’s known for it’s extravagance and rich flavor. It is made up of Chicken braised with wine, lardons, mushroom and garlic.

IV  The Main Meal: Spaghetti with Red wine (Distilled with water)

– > Spaghetti is a famous illatian dish, made out of Pasta noodles and tomato sauce. It will be served with meatballs and tomato sauce with meat.

V  Dessert: Umm Ali

– >Umm Ali is known in the Korvassan communities of Qalashi, it’s a hearty pastry cooked in milk and cream. Variants include bits with croissant, raisins, pistachios, vanilla and condensed milk

VI  Dessert: Bienenstich

– > Bienenstich is a Waldenian dessert, made of Sweet yeast dough with a baked-on topping of caramelized almonds, and filled with Vanilla, Buttercream, or Cream.
