An act to criminalize the attempt of murder.

INTRODUCTION
Currently within Haense it is illegal to commit murder, however attempted murder is not illegal. While it would fall under assault there is a difference between punching someone across the face and trying to gut someone and failing.

 

1. Definition
The act of trying to kill another person and failing 

 

2. A new law shall be enshrined in the Haurul Caezk:

 

427: Murder
427.01: An individual who attempts to kill another shall be guilty of the severe offence of attempted murder;
427.011: An individual shall be guilty of attempted murder if they employ a third party to kill another person and are unable to do so.
