PROVISIONAL PATENT APPLICATION #0001

 

This application shall be considered a formal application to apply for protection under O.R.C. 303.06.

Sir Henry Marshall

 

PROPERTY

A golden chain, whose links are the shape of a human's right hand clasped around the next one in an open circle formed by the fingers of the hand, should be the intellectual property of its' designer and inventor, Sir Henry Marshall.

 

Imitations of this intellectual property, or designs too similar to it, shall be prohibited under the Oren Revised Code, with the exception of licensing obtained via consensual contract with the designated proprietor.

"Dear Selm & Associates,

 

The Imperial Office of Civil Affairs has received your patent application (Patent Application #0001) on behalf of Sir Henry Marshall.

 

However, in accordance with Section II.1 of the Intellectual Property Act of 1777, any patent application must contain the following elements:

  • Title,
  • References to any other similar inventions that exist,
  • Description,
  • Need for invention,
  • Design,
  • A final claim that will summarize the invention, what it is, and the specific uniqueness of said invention, which will be used in patent law to protect such invention,

Given that your patent application (Patent Application #0001) does not contain the format and the elements that are required by the imperial law, we humbly ask you to please modify it properly and submit it again to Our Office after you solve the aforementioned formal defect if you still wish to register this patent.
