DESIRES TO SUMMON THE FOLLOWING PARTY TO COURT; Samuel The Savoyard

 

ON THE BASIS OF THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLE(S), DOCTRINE(S), EDICT(S) OR ARTICLES OF LAW

 

203.011 - Where an individual intentionally deprives another of moveable property without the consent of its owner, and this property totals less than one thousand minas in value, this shall be theft in the third degree, an infraction.

 

Samuel T. Savoyard has been witnessed stealing the amount of three sheep from the pole near Mr Nimadow's wilderness retreat, attempting to run away with the severed limb of one of the livestock, when caught.

 

203.061 - Where an individual intentionally or negligently damages or defaces the property of another, and this damage is of small or moderate amounts, this shall be vandalism in the second degree, an infraction.

 

After a brief examination of the scene of the crime, multiple sheep have been sheared from their fur, and subsequently been vandalised with caricatures of Savoyardic heraldry on their exposed skin with red paint. Mr. Savoyard, while fleeing the scene of the crime was witnessed holding a bucket full of red paint.

 

202.081 - Where an individual disseminates false information about an individual, without intent to harm the reputation of that individual, this shall be defamation in the third degree, an infraction.

 

While fleeing the scene of the crime, Mr Savoyard has been witnessed yelling obscenities towards Mr. Nimadow, about his alleged sodomy.

 

 202.093 - Medical Validation Act (1738): Impersonating a doctor shall fall under ORC202.071.

 

A day later, Mr. Savoyard has been confronted by an acquaintance of Mr. Nimadow, Mr. Trevor Khasiki near the Poorhouse's outhouse about his theft. Mr. Savoyard, at the time, hid his identity from Mr. Trevor, pretending to be a medical officer, inspecting the public health of the individuals within the poorhouse, through examination of the outhouse. However, the outhouse was also marked with red paint, depicting pro-Savoyardic slogans.

The party of Samuel T. Savoyard, as represented by Samuel T. Savoyard, informs the plaintiff of the defendant's request that they "shove it, *****" and motions for Mr. Nimadow to "stick his lawsuit up his arse".
