The Province of Vaelya’s High Prince, Elathion Dagre’sae and The Warnation of Krugmar’s Rex Zhot have convened to formulate a non-aggression pact. It is constructed and scribed diligently. It is set into an honorable pact. Thereby, in light of the two state’s newfound non aggression pact, High Prince Elathion and Rex Zhot have accede on the following terms:

 

• This pact is resemblant to be mutual between the Warnation of Krugmar and the Province of Vaelya and is to be enforced for 5 years, after which it may be renewed.

• Both states agree to maintain strict non aggression, vowing not to bring harm upon citizens of the other state or their property within the state, and not to aid enemies of the other state in harming either signatory.

  • Upon breach of this, the offended signatory must seek out the leader of the offending signatory to see if an accord and compensation for the offense can be reached.

• The Province of Vaelya shall allow the Warnation of Krugmar to maintain a stall for the purpose of the sale of goods in Vaelya's capital, without being subject to taxation.

  • The Warnation of Krugmar must keep this stall stocked with goods so as to not waste valuable space. The Vaelyan government may request restocking of the stall, which must be fulfilled within a Saint's week or the stall may be evicted until a restock can be made.
