THE IVY HOUSE ANNOUNCES THE GRAND OPENING

Themed for Mystery and Darkness

THE GRAND OPENING shall be a great celebration of grandeur and delectability, with drinks, performances and many other wonderful feats that shall make the Ivy House known for its highest standards of service. It should be known the Grand Openings of the Ivy House DO NOT REQUIRE ANY MEMBERSHIP TO ATTEND.

 

The theme for the grand opening party shall be one of darkness and mystery, and so the Board of the Ivy House expect those who wish to attend to come dressed in their most lavishing gowns and ensembles that fit said theme. While this is not a requirement, the dress code will still be in place as a general rule.

 

RAFFLE

Prior and during the party any can speak to the Dowager-Duchess of Cathalon to purchase a raffle that will enter them into a draw to win a beautiful gown - runner ups shall be presented with a variety of jewels. ((bumblefina#0199 : msg on disc to enter raffle))

BLACKJACK

A blackjack table manned with a servicer shall be open for all guests to use! Gamble and gain your mina up and up for a night of wonderful festivities.

 

OPHELIA’S PERFORMANCE

While many will perform, the Solicitor-General has graciously offered her beautiful voice for a performance! Be sure to visit the harmonic melody she will offer our ears!

 

GOWN COMPETITION

In accordance with the theme of DARK and MYSTERIOUS, the guests who wish to enter a line up will be judged on who has dressed the best in context with the theme in mind. The Madam Ivy, the Duchess-Dowager of Cathalon and Miss Margot Beckham shall determine the winner. The grand-prize is FIFTY-MINA!

Margot Beckham would read over the invitation laid out upon her stall counter, leaning forward onto such with a lit Beckham Black cigarette in hand. 

“Finally a party worth attending,” she’d muse with an eager grin, taking a lengthy drag.

She’d then pin up the invitation to the front of her stall before seeing to deciding what outfit to wear to such an occasion...
