I've been in the army for seven years, I'm a fun loving person, I enjoy helping people, and teaching. I dabble in many things, I'm not too bad at drawing(though I cannot do it fast), I can work my way around HTML and CSS, and fumble my way through javascript and php.

-How much time could you be on the server weekly?-

I would say anywhere from five hours to twenty-five hours per week

-How long have you played Minecraft?-

I've been playing Minecraft since beta 1.2, so nearly a year.

-What do you know about roleplaying?-

The great bulk of my role-play experience is forum RP, specifically The Gungan Council(a star wars RP, aka TGC on yuku boards, though I've been there on and off since it was called EZboards) as well as some RP at Separation Wars (Gundam RP). I've got less than 100 hours in varying tabletop RPG's like Rifts (not Rift, the MMORPG, the one made by palladium books), Dungeons & Dragons/Pathfinder, Battletech, and a couple homebrews that where just as fun. I wont count the RP I did in World of Warcraft, Runecraft, Tibia, or on persistent worlds in Neverwinter Nights(Nordock-Patnix server). I no longer play any of the above games, but I do visit those forums still.

tldr: I've been in a couple places over the last ten years, RP'd in different forms, and enjoyed all of them.

-What do you expect this server will be like?-

From what I have seen RP is alive on this server, a fact that greatly interests me. It looks like I'll be able to explore, build and make friends and rivals, hopefully no real enemies (RP enemies are fine though).

-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?-

Until I heard about this server, I had not been on any Minecraft server other than the one myself and a couple friends used to maintain, it was on a spare computer. The lag was horrible, but not so bad as to make it not fun.

-Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?-

Yes, and I agree to all of them.

-Name the 4 races on this server-

Human, Elf, Dwarf, Orc (though I believe Ascended and Undead might count as races too)

-How did you hear about us?-

A coworker named Droolguy told me about this place.

Since birth, he has been Chrix Lestae, and he does plan to keep it that way.

-What is your Race?-

Looking at his ears, he's Human, definitely not an Orc or Elf.

-Biography-

Chrix grew up in the city of Oren, an only child to mother Isil and father Durnik the Builder. They were caring parents and made sure he was raised right. Chrix studied under his father, apprenticing in construction. During his apprenticeship he learned the neccesity of structural integrity, a good foundation, and how to pick out quality building materials.

After graduating to Journeyman, Chrix worked along side his father for a couple years, building for the city, and contracting for anyone willing to pay. Over time he noticed his father never took on a single contract that led to any 'over-fancy' designs, or 'complicated contraptions' as his father called them. Chrix took his father's words like a grain of sand, and decided to spend his free time watching the rival engineers work their craft, he moved closer and closer to them until he could study what they were doing, and how it all worked.

The monotony of the jobs his father kept taking wore on him, the words his father used to describe the engineers anoyed him, but Chrix was an adult now, and a full fledged builder. General construction was a decent paying job, but Chrix wanted to build more exotic things, things he saw in his own mind, things his current job was holding him back from. The idea of leaving his parents brought him no joy, but he was determined to carve his own path in life. His mind set, and a note in the kitchen, Chrix Lestae set off to start his new life. The life of an Engineer!

-Character Age-

Chrix is a little over Twenty-two.

-Character Appearance-

Chrix has light skin, red-orange hair, and green eyes. He is about 5'8", and wears a blue jacket with black trim, a white undershirt, soft slightly baggy leather pants, and black boots. He has an athletic build.

-Character Personality-

Chrix is a generally friendly guy, he believes there are many ways to solve a violent situation, direct violence is rarely the answer. If he's attacked in the woods by bandits, he would rather barter, or join them then risk his own life. He can be easily offended by ignorance, for ignorance sake. Naivety is both forgiven and accepted so long as the person is willing to learn.

-Your ambitions-

Chrix wants to be a world class engineer, building not just structures, but functioning devices to make life easier and more interesting. He strives to make new contacts, talk to new people. How else is he going to find business? He hopes to one day build a labyrinth large and complex enough to challenge even the greatest of dungeon crawlers. He will not be content until he is capable of this.

-Can your character read or write?-

Yes, he's not the best at reading and writing, but plenty good enough to study books, make and read schematics.

-Can your character mine?-

Chrix has been working along side his father for years, many times collecting the raw building materials themselves.

-Are you a capable builder?-

He has been building for years, and likes to think of himself as a good builder.

-Can you wield a sword?-

Chrix can hold a sword, just like anyone can hold a piece of paper or pebble, probably, But when it comes to using it in a fight he might be better off with a handful of pebbles.

-Enjoy Farming?-

He's had no experience farming, his family always bought food or hunted.

-Does your character have any special skills?-

Chrix has no special skills, other than his rather good looks(he thinks) and his knowledge of engineering.
