The Vuillerian Immigration Program.

 Introduced in the year of our Lord 1834

For a long time the Holy Orenian Empire has seen a growth in immigrants and newcomers to our lands, this especially after our victory during the tenth Nordling war. Thus the work of the Civil Affairs Office and especially the office of Immigration has been growing larger and larger and even more important. It's from these situations that we have been working on the Vuillerian Immigrations program.

 

So what is the Vuillerian Immigration Program?

 

The Vuillerian Immigrations program will proceed and involve a lot of different and important factors. First and foremost, our office will be giving out invitations to newcomers to our lands and welcome them with open arms to our city gates. Then, they will be assigned a member of the Immigrations Office to watch over them and ensure their immigration into our Empire goes as smoothly as possible. After this we shall show them and tell them of the different opportunities of our Empire and different options of work to be found. These different institutions and their Mentors are as follows..

THE MENTORS

The Mentors of this program are people narrowly selected by the Office of Civil Affairs and people seen fit to take in new citizens of our Empire under their wings teaching them of the ways of our Empire and Noble flock. they with the Immigration Office shall ensure a smooth transaction into our daily ways of life, and secure that the new citizens are able to learn and prosper within the institution they have joined. The Mentors will also partake in a survey once each second saint's year and in yearly meetings between the Immigration Office and themselves to ensure that the quality of the program is to its fullest extent.

 

With this new program of immigration, the Civil Affairs Immigration Department firmly believes this will benefit the Holy Orenian Empire more with the new citizens of Providence. This program ensures that new citizens of Oren will feel more welcomed and that they are in the correct occupation that fits them best.

Diana d’Azor would nod her head proudly as she placed the missive on her desk. “I do believe this will help our newcomers of the Empire strongly- helping the new citizens  is just as important as any other occupation.” She’s say briefly with a smile as she took out some parchment, beginning some paperwork for Civil Affairs.
