I - Elvenesse will give land to the Nephilim to practice their belief, and live as a base of operations. II - Xannites and Paladins will be barred from establishing strongholds within or crusading against Nephilim of the Three-Headed Drake within Elvenesse. If found doing so, they will subsequently be handed over to the Nephilim. III - Elvenesse will aid the Nephilim in the given task, and rite, as spoken on that day. In return.. I - The Nephilim of the Three-Headed Drake will continue to aid Elvenesse and its vigilants in their crusade against the abhorrent Darkspawn. II - The Nephilim will aid Elvenesse in the terms discussed, and will take up arms if the aforementioned occurs. Wings shroud you.
