The Banner of Awlad Sulayman and the Coat of Arms of the Principality of Savoy.

In the name of God, the most Gracious, the most Merciful Creator.

By the generous funding of his Highness, Count of Sarissa, the Prince Olivier Laurène, and the guidance of Sidi Abdelrahman ibn Muhammad, leader of the Awlad Sulayman.

A Princely Expedition has been commissioned to explore the uncharted and unknown realms of the Mesa. The heir of Savoy implores all Savoyard citizens to assist in such an arduous expedition, to discover the mysteries of the Mesa and what wealth it may hide. The Prince will be leading this expedition with the explicit guidance and blessing of the Sidi Abdelrahman ibn Muhammad, a nomadic chief of the Awlad Sulayman. The Awlad Sulayman will host and guide the Savoyardic Expedition across the lands they traverse, presenting to them the best of their nomadic people’s traditions and hospitality.

This Expedition also presents an invitation to any interested parties to pen a letter to the Prince Olivier Laurene or Sidi Abdelrahman ibn Muhammad, to accompany the band upon the expedition. The Expedition is an excellent opportunity for any aspiring historians and explorers to document and chart what are, for the most part, unknown territories to the Heartland and Highlander cultures.

The Expedition is being planned for the 23rd of the Grand Harvest. (23rd Saturday, 8pm GMT/4pm EST/1pm PST)

Signed,

His Highness, the Count of Sarissa, the Heir Presumptive of the Principality of Savoy, Prince Olivier Laurène Ashford de Savoie

Sidi (Sir or Master) Abdelrahman ibn Muhammad, Sheikh of the Awald Sulayman

Olivier Laurene was never a fan of the dry mesa - it seemed a land of dust and decay. Thankfully, it seemed his company could find value aneath the sands that welcomed many into Savoy…
