There's a list of questions you have to ask:  

 

    - Name     

   - Race        

- Current place of residence        

- Reason to visit Elcihi        

- If they are somehow related with azdrazi, paladins etc 

 

If nothing is suspicious:  

       - Bob has to take off his helmet/hood or anything of that sort to reveal his head and face      

   - If they have any weapons tell them to put it in the chest below you. ((only irply))   

 

       Open the inner gate and don't forget to shut it behind them.

 

 This protocol must be implemented in the gatekeeping process, yet a gatekeeper may ask additional questions or require additional actions.
