As a new and blessed Constitution graces our Silver State, it is only right, that new and blessed Okariran grace elHeial’thilln - that we may once again, and for the first time in many years, possess a full council. Haelun’or calls, and many have beckoned. This is a Council composed of diligent Mali’thill who will lead us forward, into a new era of progress.
