A missive is spread throughout the Dual Principalities, marked by the banner of the Fennic Principality.

 

My fellow Mali -

Though our Dual Principalities may be young, several questions of burning import have already been asked of us, and they cannot be left unanswered. In accordance with my pledge to give Mali’fenn and Mali’ker a proper voice, I call upon Prince Zirath of Nor’asath and his Council, the High Council of Fenn, and the Archonic Council of Fenn to join me in deliberation of several diplomatic proposals. We shall meet in the Citadel within the next month.
