As the winter season comes to a close, thus begins the bloom of spring - of blossoming flowers and romances with it. Horen’s wife, Juliya - a patron of marriage, and fertility, is the guiding figurehead we bear in mind at Juliyafest. Such a figure is revered as the protector of women and watcher over her counterparts.

 

To begin the season of courtship and love, a secret program of sorts has begun, courtesy of the Koenas’ Council. Suitors, partners, secret admirers, or friends may sign up to participate in an anonymous little game where one can sign up to send a gift to another with a note as a surprise, including the option to send a note to express one’s affection and care for one another. 

 

As stated before, this activity is completely anonymous and will be officially delivered out to noted recipients on the day of Juliyafest. This event is to represent the secret parts of love - the silent pining, the longing gazes across the floor, where one might not have the confidence to announce their infatuation publicly… These secret tokens are perfect.
