To the Peers of Sedan,
 

It has been some time since the various Peers of the Principality have all met together to discuss the affairs of the Realm. Thus due to this fact, and due to recent transpiring events, I hereby see it fit to summon all titled peers of Sedan to the temporary appointed capital of Louisville to attend a conference. I find this matter to be of great importance and urgently request that all Peers write to me with all due haste for additional information and to confirm their intention to attend.
