It is a great honor for me to announce that another year has passed and that the combat academy has a new round of graduates

 

In the year 1860, a new group of recruits have proven themselves worthy for the rank of private and have finished the Imperial State Army 2nd Brigade Combat Academy. As suggested by the chief commandant. Every single one of these fine recruits now bears the rank of private and has earned the right to stand proud among their comrades, may these fine soldiers serve the empire well.

Cadet  Guillaume Louis Pruvia and Anastasisos Basrid has been an outstanding members of the ISA and has been promoted to the rank of Ensign in his imperial majesties First brigade.
