If you visited the east of Providence in the past saint days you may have noticed some chants and shouting noises coming from the slums. I Ensign Guillaume Louis Pruvia strictly don't advise any civilian to visit the slums of Oren as of current. 

 

The slums have a big number of traitors who are trying to rebel against our Empire. Their goals are to kill any citizen with noble or royal status, end the Imperialist Reign and kill all nobles and royals to ensure that all the Empire civilians get treated equally work equally and get paid the same amount, they want to cut all the funds that the government are giving to the Imperial State Army and make our Empire weakened! 

Their last goal is to distribute all the riches they collected from the nobles to Foreign Empires to fund the same rebellions there.

 

These traitors will be handled by the Imperial State Army as fast as possible. In the time being we advise all unarmed civilians to restrain from entering the slums and undercity. And demand that all companies of the Empire take action and help us defend this threat!
