On the question of Lower Petra

With the successful liberation of Lower Petra from the vile clutches of the Non-Human Coalition, a question remains as to the governance of Lower Petra, the development and settlement of such. Within the Holy Orenian Empire, after much debate with our ministers, our advisors and close counsel, a clear decision has been made regarding the fate of Lower Petra. 

 

Now that he has come of age, it is the will of the crown that HIH Peter Augustus, Prince of Providence, be named the Duke of Petra, and granted authority upon the Crowns behalf to settle, manage, and restore Lower Petra, a task of great importance for the future of the Empire and those loyal citizens who reside within Lower Petra. It is our firm belief that he shall carry with him great attention to detail, fair treatment of our subjects and plans for a bright future for the lands once tainted by heathen darkness.
