DISSOLUTION OF THE

29TH IMPERIAL DIET

-

2nd of Godfrey’s Triumph, 1864

 

 

After a productive session of the newly-restored Imperial Diet, We have observed a need to rejuvenate the body through an election following various political developments and the natural passage of time. As a result We hereby dismiss the 29th Imperial Diet. The honorable Senators and Grandees are commanded to return to their constituencies until such time as the assembly is summoned to sit in Our name again.

 

The calling of the 30th Imperial Diet is to follow.
