The Kidnapping Law, 422 E.S.

Introduced in the Duma by the Count of Otistadt.

Introduced into Law by the Lord Palatine.

INTRODUCTION

Some years ago our kingdom took on itself a project of rewriting the Haurul Caezk, the book of law, in an attempt to make it simpler. Yet, in the process a major crime was left out of the Jura i Krima, the Law of Crime. While kidnapping usually involves more crimes, it is also a serious offense of its own and should be regarded as such given the status of a crime.

I. Amendments

Chapter II, Section XXX shall be added and read:

XXX

Let he who abducts one against their will be guilty of Kidnapping.

Introduced in Duma by Johann Ludovar on 5th of Tov and Yermey, 417 E.S.

Edited by Kingdom of Haense
