PREAMBLE

With war having ignited across the realms of Almaris, and the entrance of the Grand Duchy of Balian and the Clandom of Daeland-Vistulia into this new war, our Viceroyal Crown has come to the conclusion that conflict within the southern isle of Almaris would cause nothing but death, destruction, and chaos. All of these effects are ones in which the Southern Summit had once sought to avoid, and it greatly saddens us that our neighbors of the south have chosen the sword over the pen. Therefore, our Viceroyal Crown formally invites both the Grand Duchy of Balian and the Clandom of Daeland-Vistulia to meet within the City of Niseep. The purpose of such shall serve as an attempt to keep the bloody wars of the north out of the southern continent, and as an attempt to reconcile the two belligerents of the south.

TERMS OF MEDIATION:

1. Neither the Grand Duchy of Balian or the Clandom of Daeland-Vistulia shall bring more than 2 armed guards, not including the chosen diplomat of each nation.

2. Neither the Grand Duchy of Balian or the Clandom of Daeland-Vistulia shall bring more than 2 unarmed diplomats.

3. Neither the Grand Duchy of Balian or the Clandom of Daeland-Vistulia shall violate the sovereignty or neutrality of the Viceroyalty of Hyspia.

4. Neither party shall engage in physical violence within Hyspian lands, otherwise it shall be seen as an attack on Hyspian neutrality.

5. Foreign observers excluding the 2 permitted armed guards will not be allowed to view the negotiations (Including diplomats from The Horde, Haense, Urguan, or any foreign diplomats)
