PREAMBLE

With the foundation of the Viceroyalty of Hyspia, it is necessary for appointments to be made to the Viceroyal Council to ensure the stability and continuity of our newly formed realm. Therefore, with the publishment of the Lex Hyspia, there are now clearly-defined positions of the Viceroyal Council that must be utilized in order to govern the Viceroyalty to the best of Our Crown's ability.

HEAD STEWARD DEFINITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

§8 The Head Steward of the Viceroyalty of Hyspia is tasked with the overseeing and organizing of the housing structure and taxation within the Viceroyalty of Hyspia. They are furthermore tasked with the collection of rent and tax as well as the sale of houses within the Viceroyalty of Hyspia and the enforcement of evictions. 

 

With these definitions known, and with the absolute certainty of His Highness the Viceroy of Hyspia, the Crown hereby appoints Cassio of Karosgrad to the seat of Head Steward of the Viceroyalty of Hyspia. He shall be charged with handling the economic and infrastructural matters of the Viceroyalty, and shall be expected to perform his duties to the best of his ability.
