    A.When a person causes problems and an uproar that affects the common peace of the state. This will be punished with a 200-300 mina fine.

 

   

Explanation:

    The suspect in question was seen by many different people including Ser Apollyon Marshall, Baron Peter d’Arkent, Private Ardad Rashul and Aurion Aretheon speaking ill of the Grand Duchy in a very boisterous manner and followed it up with making light of Emperor Peter Augustus IV’s death and calling the False King Frederick, chosen by God Himself. Such caused a large amount of uproar and ended with Richard being punched much to the crowd’s delight.
