A Call to Mass

Knox bless us, our lands, and our harvest. We may sow the seeds of the future upon the fields, yet it is Knox who takes them and lets them grow. We require the guidance of our Lord, and so to do the crops we live off of. Complacency in such matters leads to drought, disease, and famine. We must ward off the evil influence of Arugula and the spirits corrupted by her influence to kill, destroy, and blight the village and Knox's faithful. The Great Farmer, Billy Bob, gave us our guardian from the fields, and thus we must learn to worship him there as well as in the church pews, for how is Knox to protect what we ourselves neglect? Thus I call us all to come worship Knox next Pumpkin Day, so that our harvest may keep us fed with Knox's good blessings.

 

Knox rewards the faithful, the hard-working, the loyal, the supporting,

and Arugula curses the rest, tells them the world's theirs to despoil,

rip up, and spread salt o'er the soil.

Our faith 'n Knox we na'er shall be withholding.

Amen.
