Writ of Banishment

Reports have been received of a Frost Witch known by the alias of Sister Ava (hereafter; Darkspawn) that has been wreaking havoc on our lands. One report shows that the Darkspawn wandered into the Square of Valfleur and stabbed one of our Citizens in the throat; freezing another to the ground and forcing them to watch the horrific act. Threats were received from the Darkspawn to anyone who reported the act afterwards. The Darskpawn, as mentioned before, takes on the persona of a Nun of the Church of the Canon. Report any sightings to a Sons of Petra soldier.

Therefore, it is hereby commanded by the Marshal of the Commonwealth of the Petra that;

• The Darskpawn is banished from our Commonwealth, not permitted entry no matter the circumstances
• If the Darkspawn is found within our Lands, she is to be captured and killed for the heinous crimes she has committed
• A public notice is to be issued throughout the City of Valfleur and other settlements bordering the Petra that encourages citizens to be on alert.
