Outremont Resettlement Edict

By the Grace of God, Robert II, Prince of Sedan does decree…

 

I. The Principality of Sedan shall be divided into two administrative regions, North Outremont ((Tile 68)) and Central Outremont ((Tile 64)).
II. The regional administrative capital of the North Outremont region shall be located within the village of Calmest.
III. The regional administrative capital of the Central Outrement region, as well as all the state capital of the Principality of Sedan, shall be located within the city of Joannesport.
IV. Four seigneuries and two baronetcies shall be created from the regions of North Outrement and Central Outremont, to be granted on the sole prerogative of the Prince of Sedan.
