To all Lords Spiritual and Temporal and all other Our Subjects whatsoever to whom these Proclaims shall come; Hail. 

 

Know ye that We of Our distinctive benevolence, certain erudition and mere motion do by these Proclaims issue the APPOINTMENT of the 2nd PRIVY SEAL as well as that of the 5th General of the Commonwealth, who shall hold membership on the RIVER COUNCIL, whereupon he is tasked with the duties of acting as an advisor to the Chanzlèri as well as to the Crown and offer counsel on all matters; as well as the administration of the Armed Forces for the Petra.

 

Thus it pleases Our Crown to announce the appointment of…
