Olox_ 3432 Share Posted September 15, 2023 THE TREATY OF SUL'SIIMAH Issued 1942 | 146 SA With the signing and promulgation of this document, the United Kingdom of Aaun and the Principality of Talar'nor, henceforth referred to as ‘the parties‘, do agree on their honour to the terms laid forth hereafter. Spoiler ARTICLE I: The United Kingdom of Aaun on the one hand and the Principality of Talar’nor on the other agree that there shall never be any conflict between them both for as long as this treaty shall stand. The signatories agree in the absolute to a pact of non-aggression; there shall be no military conflict between either state, nor between their constituent vassals or noble Houses; any breaches of this term shall be resolved through the appropriate diplomatic channels. ARTICLE II: Should one of the parties become engaged in hostilities with a third party in consequence of aggression by the said third party, the other party will immediately give all military support and assistance in defence. ARTICLE III: The parties affirm that they shall communicate to each other any military assistance that they shall give to other states immediately after the decision has been made; and also that they shall share information transparently of any ongoing threats to their independence from a third nation. ARTICLE IV: The parties agree that there shall be freedom of travel and of trade in each other's territory; that is to say, those bearing the seal of either party will not be harassed or put under arrest; and further that there shall be an untaxed stall owned by each party in their respective capitals. ARTICLE V: The present treaty shall remain in force until the maturity of His Majesty; that is to say its articles will be active for ten years after its ratification.
