So long as they share meat, give words at gatherings, and bring their warband to war at the call of the Rex, then the Tribe of Roche is free to travel, to hunt, to dwell in the sands and the dunes of the Hordelands. The Tribe of Roche shall, by word of the Rex Respect the laws of the Horde. This includes the assurance that the void will not be connected to, nor practices Attend gatherings and offers words Share meat, drink, and fire with the Rex and the Urukhim Ride with the Horde to war, a minimum of five warriors of Roche must be present. If the five warriors are not present then taxes will be doubled. In the case of no warriors taxes will be tripled. Pay a tax of one hundred mina per year to the Horde Not promote or tolerate voidal or any other kind of evil magic. The Tribe of Roche may, by word of the Rex Hunt, Fish, and Trap in the desert of the Horde Travel freely within the desert of the horde Wage war according to the will of its Chieftain except against targets forbidden by the Rex The Horde shall, by word of the Rex Protect the tribe of Roche Allow the tribe of Roche to hunt,fish and trap within the desert Allow the tribe of Roche to move freely within the desert Grant the tribe of Roche a parcel of the desert to dwell in Should the Tribe of Roche default on their obligations, they will first be summoned to a Klamor to give an account of their actions. If obligations are broken again then the Tribe of Roche will be removed from their lands and their privileges in the desert shall be withdrawn.
