Esteemed Citizens and Dignitaries,

It pleases the crown to finally announce that the role of Magister has been filled, following the recommendations of our leal Viscount of Enderoca, Sir Robert Joseph de Lyons. Thus the office of Royal Magister of the Kingdom of Balian shall be filled by Her Grace, Dame Gwenyth Callista Vilac Vuiller. Her determination and years of loyalty has proved that she would be fit for such a role. We look forward to seeing what she may be able to achieve in the years to come.

With steadfast determination,

EFJJXrjYNyJqnuvr6s0B8vTpNOvzO7Ojmlxmu0-rlpuMHiYZe7iuPL2CLYaQXqCYrAkO61PvBUVAAzPvgvJ7DcgYaRrAPQU4yfnDbqi-63B_x6tFIFxznaWJ0Rf13Lg_9nK9eiLAmHIdSdPHJknflrw

AD GLORIAM DEI,

HER ROYAL MAJESTY, Sybille I, by the Grace of GOD, Queen of Balian, Princess of Providence, Duchess of Helena and Lorraine, Countess of Pompourelia, Viscountess of Eflen and Anatis, Baroness of Renzfeld, Brucca, Valens, Malenos and Ciavola, Lady of Portoregne, Atrus and Monterosa, Warden of La Costa Rubinissima, Protector of the Heartlanders and the South, etcetera

HIS EXCELLENCY, Sir Percy de Lyons ‘al Lionhearted’, Amiratus of Balian, Grandmaster of the Royal Order of St Michael

HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS, Alexandros Casimir, Prince of Monterosa, Duke of Atrus and Keeper of St Lothar’s Hold.
