On the 8th of The First Seed, 773 S.R

 

To authorize the right for the Sovereign of the Port-County to form any contracts either within writing or in verbal conversation in regards to the distribution of lands and taxation under the control of the Charter of Dúnkeld to any individual or organization for the purpose of settling without prior consent from the Parliament, and the right to grant Dúnkeld citizenship to any individual without the prior consent of the Parliament.
