THE EDICT OF THAIN

By the hand of the Sohaer in the year 182 S.A.

 

To the Blessed Citizenry and all other Our subjects whatsoever to whom these Conveyances are directed; Ai. Know ye that We of Our distinctive benevolence, certain erudition and mere motion do by these Conveyances promulgate and institute through these proclamations Our Sohaeral ascension. 

 

Our former Sohaer recognized Haelun’ors critical place in history and endeavored to revitalize its institutions and life. However, as often happens, the demands of life caught up with her, leading to her own decline, which We also observed. Thus, in her wisdom, she chose to relinquish her Sohaeral duties, allowing the Motherland to progress and flourish anew.

 

We are, and have been, acutely aware of the state of Our nation and are deeply saddened by it. As our former Sohaer aimed to do, so shall We. Life returned to our city and our nation shall be a mission to which We are dedicated, and We shall falter only on the day of Our deathbed.

 

THUS WE DECREE THAT…

ASHWYN  SYTHAERIN has resigned from the esteemed seat of Sohaer of Haelun’or.

 

II.

CALATHÂN AN NAEDWYLM is elevated to the esteemed seat of Sohaer of Haelun’or.
