Serwa read, and her teeth grated. This was a problem - for her, at least. It was definitely a good thing for others. Too good. The timing was very suspicious.

Ruven spent about an hour staring at this notice, frozen in place.

 

"Was this his fault? Was he selfish for having to flee for his own safety? How could he let himself be torn away from talking the man out of his self destruction?"

 

His normally desolate mind rattled off various guilt ridden circumstances whilst he sobbed alone, he couldn't even spend time with his loved ones...
